I'm not sure how to describe my problem. I uploaded two shows and both had md5 failure. I checked both out, re-upped all the files and checked back in, but it seems only the flac files show up (would like the audio player to show up). Any assistance you can provide would be gretaly appreciated:

I've been having the same problems lately. Can't offer any help, but just wanted to say that you don't seem to be the only one this is happening to...

If you can post item links, I'd be glad to look into them!

earlimart2008-10-04;
The MD5 you uploaded has spaces in the file names. You would have had to edit the file names in order for the system to allow you to upload them (spaces aren't allowed in file names), you also need to modify the MD5 to match. The MD5 is looking for the names with spaces and those files don't exist. Or better yet, delete the MD5 and let the system create one for you.

On the jhoop, these two failed verify. You'll need to replace them.

Well, I think everything should be fixed by now (re-uploaded and replaced all the bad files) but still no derivatives. How long does it take?

It's not an automatic rerun...we have to know you've done it. Just restarted them; check back in an hour or so.

If they fail, you always get an automated email from iasupport@archive.org so if you're not seeing it, check your junk folder.

EDIT: You'd set your Earlimart show to no derivatives, so I fixed that. The Jesca Hoop show is now failing on track 9, which was actually ok before.

first item is missing a fingerprint. both items report some corrupted files:

Thanks, I didn't notice the missing fingerprint..will check that later.

How do I fix the corrupted files issue?

Missing fingerprint isn't a problem...the system will generate one for you if you leave it out by accident, as long as the FLAC files verify.

blp2009-04-10 has one bad file - track 4. It's giving an "end of stream" error, which usually means it's incomplete. Just need to replace or resume that one.

heroinuk2009-04-10 is all incomplete files except track 9. That's the only one that appears to be good.
